Amy McVey currently serves as Vice President of Improvement Services, supporting institutions, teachers, leaders, and learners in all areas of continuous school improvement and professional learning. A 30-year veteran in education, Amy has experience as a primary and intermediate teacher, curriculum coach, and principal.

Nicole Reeves serves as Improvement Services Director for Cognia. Currently a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership, Nicole assists institutions in all areas of professional learning and school improvement.
